In order to become a full member you will need to be a member of the HPC. It is very important that this is in place before applying to become a member of CODP as we will not be able to process your application until we can verify your HPC membership.
n.b. You can become an Associate Member without an active HPC registration
To apply, simply download and print the form below. The file contains further instructions and two forms for "Full" and "Associate" membership, only one of these should be filled out.
The cost of Full and Associate Membership is £50 per year for UK residents and £65 for overseas members. Student Membership is £25.
This should be paid up front by sending a cheque payable to CODP to the address below along with your completed application form,
