About Us
Ten Alps Creative publishes Technic: The Journal of Operating Department Practice and the journal website at www.technicthejournal.com on behalf of the College of Operating Department Practitioners (CODP).
The CODP is the professional body for operating department practitioners (ODPs). We are a membership ‘not for profit’ organisation that sets standards of education for the pre-registration aspect of the profession and promotes the enhancement of knowledge and skills and the development of the profession through regional, national and international networks.
The College works on behalf of the profession and promotes the vital contribution of ODPs as part of the multidisciplinary team.
The continuing professional development (CPD) modules on this website are produced with the CPD requirements of the Health Professions Council in mind.
