NPSA RRR on Oxygen Safety in Hospitals

The National Patient Safety Agency issued a Rapid Response Report on Oxygen safety in hospitals, on the 29th September 2009. Oxygen is commonly used in the hospital setting and can save lives, however, there is a potential for serious harm and even death if it is not administered and managed appropriately. Please read the attached documents for further details on actions required from practitioners:
