Vetting Barring Scheme Launch on 12 October 2009

The Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA) is launching the Vetting and Barring Scheme on 12 October 2009. This new barrring scheme aims to prevent unsuitable people gaining access to children and or vulnerable adults through their work.
